Return & Refund Policy

Gun Trader Den has adopted the following strict guidelines for the return of firearms, accessories, and other goods. We reserve the right to deviate from this policy under special circumstances at our sole discretion.

Non-Firearm Returns

All non-firearm returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received, in its original, unopened packaging.
• Approved non-firearm returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
• The buyer is strictly responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Gun Trader Den or our distributor.

Firearm Returns

All firearm sales are final. There are absolutely no returns on firearms once the transfer has been completed. If you discover a product defect or manufacturing issue after taking possession of the firearm, it must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy. If you need assistance contacting a manufacturer, please reach out to our support team and we will gladly help get you in touch with them.

Failed Transfers & Legal Denials

If a firearm is shipped to your FFL and you are unable to take legal possession of it, the following penalties will apply:

• Background Check Denials: Any return initiated because a person failed their FFL background check or abandoned the transfer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all return shipping costs.
• Prohibited Persons: Any return made because the purchaser is legally prohibited from purchasing, owning, or possessing a firearm will be subject to a 50% restocking fee plus all return shipping costs.
• Underage Persons: Any return made because the purchaser is under the legal age to buy a firearm in the state or jurisdiction in which they reside will be subject to a 50% restocking fee plus all return shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or initiate a return for an eligible non-firearm product, please call or email our support team with your order number and the email address associated with the purchase. If approved, we will provide return instructions and process your refund (less the applicable restocking and shipping costs) once the item is received and inspected.
