Shipping Policy

Last Updated: March 7th, 2026

Gun Trader Den utilizes FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver products safely and securely to our customers. Unless otherwise selected during checkout or agreed upon between Gun Trader Den and the customer, all standard accessory shipments will be shipped via Standard Ground.

Firearm Shipments & FFL Transfers

By federal law, firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your state.

  • Handguns: In accordance with federal regulations and carrier policies, all handguns will be shipped via 2-Day expedited shipping.
  • Long Guns: Rifles and shotguns will generally be shipped via Standard Ground to your selected FFL, unless expedited shipping is selected.

Warehouse & Drop-Ship Fulfillment

To provide you with the largest possible inventory, certain orders and items are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse. These drop-shipped orders follow the same shipping guidelines and carrier restrictions listed above. Please note that items fulfilled directly from our distributor network may experience a short processing delay of approximately 1 to 2 business days before tracking information becomes available.

Fraud Review Delays

If your order is flagged for manual review by our automated fraud-prevention system, shipping and processing times will be delayed until the transaction is fully cleared and verified.

Restricted Products & Legal Compliance

We make every effort to ensure products are NEVER sent to an area where the item is prohibited by local, county, or state law. However, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR LOCAL LAWS. If you order an item that is restricted or prohibited in the jurisdiction where you reside or are domiciled:

  • You accept full responsibility for any liability, confiscation, or criminal prosecution that may arise due to attempting to purchase, having, or taking possession of an item prohibited by your local or state laws.
  • If the shipment is intercepted, returned by the carrier, or refused by your FFL due to state restrictions, you are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs and will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
