Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 7th, 2026

Welcome to Gun Trader Den. You may use our site to find products related to firearms and firearm accessories, make purchases, create accounts, leave reviews, and track orders.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gun Trader Den website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Legal Entity & Jurisdiction

Gun Trader Den is a registered D/B/A of Morebrue, LLC. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Firearm Safety & Customer Responsibility

Like many other tools, firearms can be dangerous when used improperly. By purchasing through this system, you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use firearms in a safe manner, in an approved area, and for a legal purpose.

As the customer, you strictly assume all responsibility for the legality of a specific product upon purchase. By placing an order, you certify that you:

  • Are of legal age to own any products you order from our website.
  • Have checked and verified all local, state, and federal laws prior to ordering or using a product from our website.
  • Will comply with all firearms laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction.
  • Will notify us immediately if you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered.
  • Will provide a valid contact phone number with any order placed.

Due to the complex and constantly changing nature of state and local laws, Gun Trader Den does not provide legal advice regarding the ownership or transfer of firearms or accessories in your specific area. The burden of legal compliance rests entirely on you.

FFL Transfers & Failed Background Checks

Firearms purchased through Gun Trader Den must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. It is your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL prior to purchase to ensure they will accept the transfer.

If your firearm is shipped to an FFL and you are subsequently denied during the background check process, or if you abandon the transfer, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and you are entirely responsible for the cost of return shipping. The remaining balance of your order will be refunded only after the firearm has been safely returned to our physical inventory or our distributor.

Order Cancellations & Drop-Shipping

We utilize automated drop-shipping networks to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Because our order routing is highly automated, the window to cancel an order before it is processed is extremely small.

If you request an order cancellation after the item has already been transmitted to our warehouse or drop-ship distributors for fulfillment and shipped, you are fully responsible for all return shipping costs and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, all transactions are subject to real-time security analysis by third-party fraud prevention services.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Gun Trader Den reserves the right to hold, review, or instantly void any transaction that fails to pass our automated security and fraud authorization checks.
  • If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized, your order will be cancelled immediately without prior warning, and your payment will be voided or refunded.
  • We may log and store transaction metadata, including IP addresses and device information, strictly for the purposes of payment validation and fraud prevention.

Inventory & Pricing

Occasionally, we may have only one item in stock while multiple customers attempt to order it simultaneously. We will always honor the first successfully funded and authorized order. If we run out of stock and cannot fulfill your purchase, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Export Policy & ITAR Regulations

By ordering any product(s) from the Gun Trader Den website, you certify that you, or third-party entities at your direction, will not sell, transport, ship, or transfer outside the borders of the United States, nor to any foreign person (*as defined below), any product(s) which are export-restricted by U.S. export-control law and regulation without proper U.S. Government export authorization, licensing, and documentation.

Export-restricted items include, but are not limited to: firearms, ammunition, electronic equipment, certain gear and firearm accessories, weapon-mounted or handheld optical equipment (including rifle or handgun scopes), night vision and night vision accessories, holographic sight systems, “red-dot” optics, thermal vision, tactical lights and lasers, knives, and body armor (including vests, helmets, and shields).

You must indicate on your order if you intend for an item(s) to be exported. An indication of desire for exportation in no way compels Gun Trader Den to assist with export in any way, before or after the purchase of an item(s).

Export, or attempt to export, any controlled or prohibited items outside of the U.S. without complying with U.S. export control regulations can result in severe civil and criminal penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Gun Trader Den will not participate in any transaction, directly or indirectly, involving the illegal export or re-export of any prohibited items.

* “Foreign Person” under ITAR § 120.16 means “any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101 (a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)”, and can mean “any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions).”
